Terms of Service

These terms govern your school's access to and use of Claslo's school management platform and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering an educational institution, or using Claslo, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind your school, academy, or organization to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Claslo offers tiered software subscriptions based on active enrolled student counts and feature requirements:

  • 30-Day Free Trial: All newly registered schools receive 30 days of full, unrestricted access without requiring payment details.
  • Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually in advance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Payment Methods: We accept verified 1Link / IBFT manual bank transfers and approved digital payment gateways.
  • Plan Limits: If your school exceeds the enrolled student limit of its active tier, an upgrade to the appropriate tier is required to continue adding new student records.

3. School Responsibilities

As an educational institution using Claslo, you agree to:

  • Ensure all student, parent, and staff data entered into the system is accurate and lawfully obtained.
  • Obtain all requisite parental or guardian permissions for recording student profiles and academic activities.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of administrator and staff account credentials.
  • Notify Claslo immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Service Availability & SLA

Claslo strives to maintain a 99.5% service uptime target for its web portals and services.

Routine maintenance and platform updates are scheduled during off-peak Pakistani hours (typically between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM PKT) and announced in advance through administrator dashboards.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Termination by School: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice or through your school administration portal.
  • Non-Payment: If an account remains past due for more than 14 days following period expiration, access may be restricted to read-only mode until payment is settled.
  • Termination for Cause: Claslo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive conduct, security interference, or unlawful data handling.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Claslo's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the school to Claslo in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
